Our Yoga Teacher Training – Online 200 Hours course promises an all-inclusive, theoretical and practical hands-on training program. Students emerge from our TTC as confident teachers with a strong and diverse teaching skill set ready to teach students of all levels. Alongside developing and perfecting the art of teaching, trainees also gain an understanding of the practice of yoga principles such as asanas, mantra, pranayama, Meditation, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, chanting, chakras, mudras, and other traditional and contemporary Yoga techniques.
Our course takes you through the essential components required to expand and enhance your own yoga practice as well as be able to lead students through their practice confidently. Our expert teachers will guide you from the fundamental stages to teaching with ease.
This course is based on Sanatan Yoga.
Students must be aware that this traditional teaching will differ from that of the other yoga schools. There could even be a fundamental difference in the understanding of the yogic path.

Requirements/ Eligibility
-An open mind, learning attitude, motivated and to become a well-intentioned yoga teacher.
-We have a yoga community including people of all backgrounds so one should have respect and acceptance for different cultures, religions, personal habits as we want to help each other and learn from each other.
-Applicants with a beginner/ intermediate practice are welcome to apply for our training provided they can display a high level of self-discipline during the course as it is physically, mentally and spiritually demanding and also highly rewarding.
-Chronic health issues, As you have to practice many asana/ pranayama/ workshop classes during a day. Before confirming the booking please share with us any health issue.
-16 years and above.
-Basic education in reading and writing English
-Physically fit and mentally stable to undergo challenging training
