This two day retreat will combine yogic processes to heal and strengthen your body. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Kathmandu Valley, landscaped gardens and panoramic views, we will guide you through the meditative process of nourishing your body, mind and soul.
Arrive at the retreat centre. You will have free time to freshen up, relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Following an evening yoga (asana) and meditation session, we will join for dinner and discuss the retreat. You may use the rest of the evening to relax and rest.
Jala-neti cleansing, morning breathing (pranayama) and yoga (asana) session. We will have our final breakfast followed by relaxation and reflection upon the activities from the past few days. We will have check out and goodbyes in the morning.
