This package is designed with flexibility and openness in mind. We are offering an entirely customised package that perfectly fits your schedule, needs and desires. You can spend each day at the retreat centre in various breathing, yoga, and meditation sessions to open up your body, mind, and soul. Or, deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy by sitting in on one of our daily classes. Our peaceful environment includes a beautiful green garden lawn area to sit and observe the scenic Himalayan valley enjoy the chirping of beautiful and rare birds around more over we have some beautiful sight scenes for hiking.
Arrive at the retreat centre. You will have free time to freshen up, relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Following an evening yoga (asana) and meditation session, we will join for dinner and discuss the retreat. You may use the rest of the evening to relax and rest.
Every morning we start wih Jala-neti (nasal cleansing), followed by breathing (pranayama) and yoga (asana) session. We will have breakfast than hiking, self study or relaxation. Lunch will be followed by free time for relaxation and meditation. If you want to learn about yoga in your free time, you are welcome to join us for workshops or philosophy classes. We finish the day with an evening yoga session, meditation session followed by a delicious farm fresh vegetarian meal.
Jala-neti cleansing, morning breathing (pranayama) and yoga (asana) session. We will have our final breakfast followed by relaxation and reflection upon the activities from the past few days. We will have check out and goodbyes in the morning.
