Regular/Drop-In Yoga

We design our regular/drop in yoga classes methodically and scientifically in our 3 yoga studios that gives a fulfilling experience of different styles of yoga – Hatha yoga, Meditation, Vinyasa yoga, Power yoga, Sanatan yoga and Power Yoga.  This session is run from Sunday-Friday, 6 days a week with 6 different styles of yoga trained by 6 different experienced and certified yoga teachers.
