How long should you practice yoga before teacher training?
There's no requirement to come into yoga teacher training; however, we do recommend some prior experience.
How long does a YTT course typically last?
A standard 200-hour YTT course typically lasts for 3 to 5 weeks. However, if you choose to add another 300 hours of training to your course, it'll last for 7 to 8 weeks.
Can I join the yoga teacher training course even if I don't want to become a yoga instructor?
