Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a yoga system created by Patthabi Jois, but the system is said to have been developed from an ancient text called Yoga Korunta.

Hatha Yoga

Ha means 'sun' and Tha means 'moon'. Hatha Yoga focuses on postures and breathing techniques that bring a balance between the sun and the moon or the vital energy that resides within our body.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a contempolary style of yoga that focuses on linking poses in a smooth flowing manner using breath.

Pranayama and Surya Namaskar sessions include breathing exercises alongside Surya Namaskar variations.
