Things to Consider During the Session
Please enter the zoom room or studio before 5 minutes. The zoom room or meditation hall will be closed at 1:05 p.m.
Test your internet connection for online sessions
Keep your camera on once signed.
Write your full name as your id as you sign in, and not your device name
Meditate on a chair or mat, or be comfortable as you feel.
Make sure your laptop/ mobile is fully charged.
Sit with a straight back and avoid sofas.
Please use a single room during the session (no family members or friends). Choose a peaceful place. Avoid possible disturbance by pets or children at home and silence in the studio.
